I first heard about the NEUTROGENA HEALTHY SKIN LIQUID MAKEUP from LISASZ09 on youtube (check her out, she is great!). She tweeted about finding a dupe for NARS SHEER GLOW, which I have been dying to try out but at $42, I was not exactly jumping out of my seat to go buy it. Therefore I was happy that someone found a dupe. I bought mine at CVS and I am the lightest color (10, which I believe is also called Classic Ivory). I am usually scared to try liquid foundations because a lot of them just look so heavy and cakey but this one is so nice and light. It is not very heavy coverage so you can still see your skin through it which is great because natural always looks better than a ton of makeup. I apply this foundation with my ELF FOUNDATION BRUSH (which is only $1!). THe foundation blend beautifully with this brush, although I do think that it could be applied with a sponge just as well, as I have tried that also. It has great staying power. I wore it out all day yesterday, Easter Sunday, in the sun and when I got home, my foundation was still intact! I definitely recommend this as it is an amazing foundation and it is only $11.99, which is great compared to the NARS SHEER GLOW, at $42. I used to be a huge fan of tinted moisturizer. I used it everyday because it gave light coverage, which is perfect for everyday wear but it often came off by the end of the day, even with a primer underneath. And although they provide some coverage, it is minimal. Usually tinted moisturizers do not mask blemishes at all. That is why I am so excited to introduce BB Cream to all of you! I first heard of BB Cream on a beauty blog. It was described as something in between a liquid foundation and a tinted moisturizer.

I find that liquid foundation is too heavy for everyday use. I like when you can still see skin through makeup so that is why BB Cream is so perfect! BB Cream is supposed to improve the look of wrinkles, whiten your skin and protect you against the sun (it has SPF!). At my age, I do not have wrinkles but I would always rather prevent than treat, so I love that part of BB Cream. I was a little confused when I read that BB Cream whitens your skin because I am already pretty pale so I do not want to be paler, but it does not really whiten your skin, it just brightens it and makes it glow. 

I love BB Cream so much. I use it everyday and every night because it gives the perfect amount of coverage, all while still looking natural. But unfortunately, BB Cream is not sold in the United States in many places, so I was so happy when I heard of www.BBCREAMSTORE.com. The service that the BB CREAM STORE provides is amazing. I tried out DR. JART’S SILVER LABEL BB CREAM and this one is really awesome. It has a bit of a gray tint to block out any orange tints, therefore brightening your skin. This BB Cream is great for sensitive skin, as it is super gentle. It retails for $38 for a 50 ml tube of product.

I also tested out the SKIN 79 DIAMOND THE PRESTIGE BB CREAM. This cream seems to have a little more of a gray tint than the DR JART’S SILVER LABEL BB CREAM one. The DIAMOND THE PRESTIGE BB CREAM retails for $40 for a 40g container. I think that both of these BB Creams are equally amazing. They protect your skin from the sun, reduce wrinkles, brighten your skin and control oil all in one!
