RMS BEAUTY was a makeup brand that I have not heard much about, which I am surprised by because the products are some of the best that I have tried. All of the products are creams, which I adore, since cream products are my favorite. I got the chance to test out two of RMS BEAUTY’s products- the CREAM EYE SHADOW and the LIP2CHEEK. Usually cream eyeshadows are not that pigmented, so I was surprised by RMS BEAUTY’S CREAM EYE SHADOW. It is highly pigmented- seriously, a little goes a very, very long way. I have the CREAM EYE SHADOW in the colors, LUNAR and SPARK. LUNAR is a gorgeous light gold with subtle shimmer. It is the perfect all over lid color and has quickly become a staple in my makeup collection. LUNAR is the perfect color for summer, as it is super easy to swipe on and go. SPARK is a medium brown with really slight shimmer. It is great as an all over lid color for nighttime or it can be blended into the crease with any shadow, especially LUNAR. RMS BEAUTY’S CREAM EYESHADOWS blend beautifully. The texture is super smooth and the effect can either be bold or soft and subtly. RMS BEAUTY’S CREAM EYE SHADOWS retail for $28 for a 7 gram jar. RMS BEAUTY’S LIP2CHEEK product is amazing!! It can be used as a lipstick or a cream blush. It works really well as both, and I find that rare in these kind of two- in - one products. I have the LIP2CHEEK product in MODEST, which is a bold red, but not your typical bold red. It is more wearable because it has some light pink undertones. I love using this on my lips, as well as the apples of my cheeks. The LIP2CHEEK product retails for $36 for a 7 gram jar. Summer is currently in full swing for me. I was in Europe for the past three weeks and the weather there is not exactly tropical. Sure it is hot- but I miss the beach. It also does not hurt that they seriously feel like butter. The texture is impeccable. They apply just as smoothly and they just make you glow. Another SMASHBOX product that I have gotten a ton of use out of is the NAKED BEAUTY MINI LIP GLOSS KIT.
